Effect of actinomycin V on the expression of E-cadherin. (A,B) MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with 0–2 nmol/L actinomycin V for 24 h then the protein expression of E-cadherin was measured by Western blot. RNA levels are represented as fold increase relative to the level of the control (normalized to glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) mRNA level).
