IL-17F reduces random migration in highly invasive HSC-3 cells. (B) 100 ng/mL of IL-17F reduced the accumulated distance of the highly invasive HSC-3 cell line compared with the non-stimulated controls. (C) IL-17F had no observable effect on the directed migration (wound density) of HSC-3 cells.
