Expression of pro- and anti-inflammatory markers in FAAH knockdown cells. Transfected cells with siRNA were treated with LPS for 8 h and total RNA was collected. Total RNA was used for qRT-PCR to assess expression of the pro-inflammatory cytokines, IL-6 (A), IL-1β (B), MCP1 (C), and TNFα (D), as well as the anti-inflammatory markers, IL-10 (E), IL-4 (F), Arg1 (G), and Ym1 (H).
