SIRT2 downregulation impairs the response of melanoma cells to EGFR and EPHA2 activators. The generated melanoma clones were treated with selected concentrations of EGF (EGFR activator) and ephrin A1 (EPHA2 activator) for 10 min and/or 30 min, respectively.
