Effect of PtNPs on cytokine and chemokine levels. THP-1 cells were treated with various concentrations of PtNPs (25–150 µg/mL) for 24 h. Cytokine concentration was measured in the cell culture supernatant after PtNP treatment. All values are in picograms and are represented as mean ± SE.
