Quercetin exacerbated copper-induced neuronal death in P19 cells. P19 neuronal cells were exposed to different concentrations of quercetin (3, 30 and 150 µM) and 0.75 mM CuSO4. Neuronal viability was determined 24 h from the beginning of treatment using the MTT assay. Quercetin-augmented copper-induced neuronal death at 30 µM.
