Details of the hop transcription factor (TFs) families identified in this study. The TFs were identified using a combination of the plant TF database (https://plantgrn.noble.org/PlantTFcat/) and HMMER searches using the assembled transcriptome sequences of hop plants infected with Citrus bark cracking viroid (CBCVd).
