For both gene segments, the Norwegian heart and skeletal muscle inflammation (HSMI) associated isolates, Chilean isolate, and Norwegian isolate from 1997, all group together forming a monophyletic cluster (orange background color). In contrast, the Norwegian isolate from 1988 (blue background color) and two Faroese isolates (yellow background color) group with the North American Pacific Coast isolates.
