Immobilized native (undenatured) soluble human CD26 protein (sCD26) (i) or boiled (denatured) sCD26 (ii) was incubated with purified mouse anti-human CD26 mAb (5F8, 1F7, 19–32, U16-3 or U38-8) or purified goat anti-human CD26 pAb (R&D Systems). The absorbance at 450 nm/570 nm was measured. Representative data of three independent experiments are shown as mean ± S.D. of triplicate samples, and similar results were obtained in each experiment.
