BAFF-Trap suppresses the activation of canonical and noncanonical NF-κB-signaling pathways triggered by BAFF and anti-IgM. Raji cells were cultured in the presence of BAFF (100 ng/ml) and anti-IgM (10 μg/ml), along with various concentrations of BAFF-Trap (1.56, 6.25, 25, and 100 μg/ml).
