Exogenously supplemented CXCL14 enhances the self-renewal ability of glioblastoma stem cells. Glioblastoma stem cell self-renewal assay. The histogram shows the fold change (FC) in numbers of neurospheres formed by three different glioblastoma stem cell lines, BT275, BT168, and BT517. The results were obtained by counting the number of neurospheres in four random fields per sample, and comparing cells grown in the presence of NIH-ctr conditioned medium to cells grown in the presence of NIH-CXCL14 conditioned medium.
