This table presents the nutritional item scores of the total group. Although the score on trans fatty acids could be 0 or 10 (yes/no adherence) the score was treated as a continuous variable. In order to put these numbers into context, the results of a study in the Dutch population were added in the right column. * A higher score indicates better adherence to the nutritional guideline, and therefore a lower quantitative intake in this category.
