The combo therapy increased tumor cells undergoing apoptosis. Groups of 6 mice that had been inoculated subcutaneously with B16F10 cells (10⁶) at day 0. Groups of B16F10 tumor-bearing mice were orally administrated with EPA (25 mg/kg) at day 7 followed by 5-FU (40 mg/kg) treatment on days 9, 11, and 13, or with either treatment alone.
