Immunofluorescent staining of cultured bag cell neurons with αBCCa-I and αBCCa-II antibodies. Fixed, permeabilized bag cell neurons were incubated with αBCCa-II (A–C) or αBCCa-I (D–F) and stained with an FITC-conjugated secondary antibody as described in Materials and Methods. Both primary antibodies were used without preadsorption (A, D) or after preadsorption with a 100-fold molar excess of FP-I (B, F) or FP-II (C, E).
