Group data showing the mean IPSP amplitudes (as a percentage of baseline) ± SEM recorded from medial type A photoreceptors in conditioned animals (n = 13) and pseudorandom controls (n = 12) over time. Medial B photoreceptors were injected with the PKC inhibitor PKC(19–36). The mean percent change in IPSP amplitude for both the conditioned group and the pseudorandom controls was not significantly different over time (11, 16, 21, 26, or 31 min) from baseline values (measured at 6 min) or between the two groups at any time point.
