Fig. 6. — Impaired relaxation of aortic rings from adult offspring in response to acetylcholine. Aortic rings were obtained on PND105 male offspring that were born to the CA and PA groups and then fed either a low-fat diet or high-fat diet after weaning. Three-way ANOVA analysis indicated that gestational PM exposure reduced (P < 0.05) aortic relaxation in offspring, compared with the CA group. Values are means ± SEM, n = 6 for the low-fat diet (CA) group and n = 7 per group for other treatment groups.
