Assays were carried out as described in Materials and Methods. Kinase and phosphatase inhibitors were added to the incubation media 10–15 min before stimulation. In the presence of ionomycin (1 μm), radioactivity in [3H]NAPE was 17,100 ± 2116 dpm/dish (n = 20).
