The effect of MAP kinase AON on MAP kinase immunoreactivity in the neurons. Neuronal cultures were incubated with 1 μm AON to MAP kinase for 48 hr at 37°C, essentially as described in Materials and Methods. Cell extracts were prepared in lysis buffer, and MAP kinase was immunoprecipitated by ERK-2 antibody.
