(A) Age- and gender-matched C57BL/6J mice were intraperitoneally injected with IgE (50 μg). 24 hours later, mice were subcutaneously injected with ketoprofen, and 30 minutes later intraperitoneally injected with LA or PBS. 24 hours later, mice were injected with Ag (100 μg) to induce anaphylaxis. (B) Mice were treated with ketoprofen and LA as in (A), then injected intraperitoneally with 8 mg of histamine.
