Nmp4, nuclear matrix protein 4; WT, wild type; V/VEH, vehicle; R/RAL, raloxifene; P/PTH, parathyroid hormone; P/PTH + R/RAL, and parathyroid hormone + raloxifene; BV/TV, bone volume per total volume. Statistical analyses were performed using two-way ANOVA tests setting genotype (G) and treatment (T) as the independent variables. Statistical significance was set at P ≤ 0.05. The statistical results list the cohorts by genotype, treatment, and genotype × treatment.
