Proliferation rate of C6 cells. After 24 hours from seeding C6 cells were subjected to experimental procedures, by exposure to simulated microgravity for 1, 6 and 24 hours. Untreated cultures were run and processed in parallel. Cell proliferation rate was extrapolated by referring fluorescence units to a linear standard curve for DNA fluorescence versus cell number.
