FlowSight confirms polyploid proximal tubule population after injury. A week after aristolochic acid treatment, mCherry⁺ cells were sorted from a γ-glutamyltransferase 1 (γGT)-Cre;R26Fucci2aR kidney (see methods). Cells were stained with propidium iodine (PI), and roughly 1,000 cells were analyzed and imaged by the Amnis FlowSight flow cytometer.
