Casein kinase 1δ/ε (CK1δ/ε) inhibitor (CKinh) treatment lowers blood pressure in hypertensive 129/sv wild-type mice. Mice implanted with radiotelemetry devices were injected every 12 h with PF670462 (CKinh) at noon and midnight. A and C: blood pressure (A) and activity (C) were monitored continuously.
