PDPN expression in human cancer cells is detected by mAbs SZ163 and SZ168. (a) C8161 or (b) CNE-2 cells were harvested and incubated with SZ163, SZ168, 18H5 (positive control), or mouse IgG (negative control), followed by incubation with FITC-goat anti-mouse antibody before flow cytometric analysis.
