Infection of cell lines by LacZ-carrying Env-pseudotyped viruses. Env-pseudotyped viruses of FeLV-A (FeLV-A clone 33), FeLV-B (FeLV-B Gardner-Arnstein), FeLV-C (FeLV-C Sarma), FeLV-D (FeLV-D Ty26), FeLV TG35-2, ERV-DC10, and ampho-MuLV (MuLV 4070A) were tested in the cell lines, HEK293T, MDTF, MDTF expressing human RFC (MDTF-huRFC), and MDTF expressing feline RFC (MDTF-feRFC) shown on the x axis. The y axis indicates the infectious units using log₁₀ of β-galactosidase (LacZ)-positive cells per ml of supernatant. Data were obtained from three independent experiments in triplicates and represent the averages from nine results and the standard deviation.
