Single cells were isolated from a surface sample from the eastern Red Sea (19.75°N, 40.05°E). Prochlorococcus clades are ecotypes, and SAR11 clades are subclades. Completeness is reported as the fraction of 1,144 Prochlorococcus or 649 SAR11 single-copy core OGs found in each SAG; completeness is also reported as the percentage of bacterial single-copy core OGs present as determined by CheckM. Redundancy of bacterial single-copy core OGs is defined as the contamination parameter from the CheckM software.
