MiR-597-5p and FOSL2 mRNA expression show inverse correlation in colorectal cancer patients. Pearson correlation of 21 paired CRC tumor tissue and adjacent normal tissue was used to check correlation between FOSL2 and miR-597-5p. Expression was determined by qRT-PCR as described in Methods section and Figure 1 legend.
