Abbreviation: TDP, transactive response DNA binding protein.
The results were obtained using linear (for continuous outcomes) or logistic (for binary or ordinal outcomes) regression models in which individual neuropathologic measures are the outcomes. Each row represents a separate regression model for different neuropathologic outcomes. Numbers presented are estimates (with SEs) and P values for the association of each independent variable (age, sex, education, and β-amyloid protein) with the neuropathologic outcome.
