Timepoints were compared using a one-way mixed linear model analysis with timepoint as fixed effects and subject number as random effects. Estimates, standard error, confidence intervals, and t statistic are given for each timepoint. Full model p values were computed calculated using a likelihood ratio test. TVD total vessel density, FCD functional capillary density, PPV proportion of perfused vessels, MFI microvascular flow index, RBCv red blood cell velocity, SD standard deviation, SE standard error, CI confidence interval
