A) DNA-PK (PRKDC) has reported interaction with eight of the K-CLIP hits, including p53 (TP53, red). B) PKR (EIF2AK2) interacts directly with nine of the K-CLIP hit proteins, including p53 (TP53, red). C) MRCKβ (CDC42BPB) has only a single known interaction among the K-CLIP hit proteins, copine 1 (CPNE1). As in Figure 5, p53 is red and known direct and indirect interacting proteins of p53 are in green and blue, respectively.
