Production of ROS induced by OUFBW treatment in the hPDLFs and Ca9-22 cells. The cells were treated for 30 min with the medium (control), inactive OUFBW or OUFBW or 100 µM of H2O2 (positive control). Following stimulation, the cells were incubated with the medium for 30 min. The cells were then stained with 5 µM CellROX deep red reagent and DAPI, and then analyzed by fluorescence microscopy.
