Comparison of miRNA levels in the kidneys of pregnant and non-pregnant mice. A total of 887 miRNAs were detected in the kidneys of pregnant and non-pregnant mice. Of the 887 mature miRNAs detected, 163 miRNAs were found to have potential differential expression (≥ ± 2-fold change, outside dotted line); 128 upregulated (red), 35 downregulated (blue), and 724 miRNAs remained unchanged in pregnancy (black).
