Spleen cell proliferation in response to Sf2a and S. Typhimurium LPS. Spleen cell suspensions were prepared from mice immunized with indicated Salmonella strains or BSG at 7 days after primary immunization. Cells (3 × 105 cells/well) were stimulated by Sf2a LPS, S.
