The feature selection process of the RFE method. Each iteration removes a feature that is considered least important and corresponds to a 10‐fold cross‐validation. After 10‐fold cross‐validation, the RMSE of the model in the training cohort was used to select the optimal feature set. Finally, four features were selected by the RFE method.
