Detection of a 1.2‐Mb gain at Xp22.31. The cell‐based noninvasive prenatal testing (NIPT) whole genome plot with both the case and the control being male is shown in Panel A, with a suggestion of a duplication on Xp. The single chromosome plot in Panel B confirms the gain.
