Cumulative incidence of cause-specific discontinuation of TCZ in CDAI50 responders

Using CIF, the cumulative incidence of cause-specific TCZ discontinuation in CDAI50 responders entering the second treatment year are shown grouped according to concurrent MTX use: (A) secondary loss of efficacy and (B) adverse events. Provability of TCZ discontinuation between monotherapy and combination therapy with MTX was compared using Gray’s test.
