The sequence in red are residues in the CTD of K_vAP. The transmembrane segment (residues 207–237) of the K_vAP channel is indicated in bold. In addition, the peptides contain the selectivity filter (residues 196–201) and the C-terminal end of the pore helix. The peptides also carry a V191C and a C247S (in S6-CTD) substitution. The underlined region of S6-CTD is a strep-tag.
