Efficiency of DNA removal from submerged and agitated normal mouse ovaries in different detergents during the pilot study first investigating the effectiveness of various decellularization chemicals during the first 24 h (n = 6 for all time points except for SDS24h (n = 5), Tx + DMSO10h/16h (n = 4) and SDC24h (n = 5).
