Treatment with anti-IFN-γ autoAbs decreases IFN-γ-induced cytokine and chemokine production in differentiated macrophages. After treatment with anti-IFN-γ autoAb-positive patient serum (PS) or anti-IFN-γ autoAb-negative healthy serum (HS), ELISAs showed the production of (a) TNF-α and (b) IP-10 by IFN-γ-stimulated PMA-differentiated macrophages.
