Total SsSvf1 cDNA abundance in the samples was normalized using tub1 gene as a control. The relative expression of SsSvf1 in the untreated strain was set as one. Bars indicate standard deviation. (B) Percent growth inhibition of wild‐type strain and SsSvf1 gene‐silenced strains on potato dextrose agar (PDA) medium with H₂O₂.
