Other assays were as follows: H1pdm rRT‐PCR assay for F16‐9, F16‐26, and F16‐61; H3 rRT‐PCR assay for F14‐53, F15‐7, and F16‐17; B/NS rRT‐PCR assay for F15‐15, F16‐44, and F16‐56.
