Wnt signaling inhibition reduces Wnt-3a-dependent tube formation in HRMECs. HRMECs were seeded into Matrigel-coated six-well plate. These cells were then treated with LCM, WCM, orWCM in presence of compound 3289-8625 (50 μM). Cell images of five random views were taken after 6 hours (A) then analyzed by ImageJ (B). Wnt-induced HRMECs tube formation was inhibited by compound 3289–8625 (*P < 0.05 and ****P < 0.001 via one-way ANOVA with the Dunnett correction).
