The first biofilm screening revealed that most of the altered phenotypes created defective biofilms. The data displays OD₆₀₀ measurement for the difference between the averages of biofilm growth for each conditional mutant minus heterozygous mutant values. The biofilms were grown in RPMI-MOPS at 37 °C for 48 h. The experiment was performed in duplicate on two different occasions.
