Enteritidis strains G1, UK, and BC8 cultured in nutrient rich (LB), LB-salt, and LPM media at avian physiologic temperature (42°C). The top right quadrant of each chart corresponds to genes simultaneously predicted to be highly expressed (PHX) and among the top 10% most abundant transcripts. The genes common to these quadrants are considered as common highly expressed (CHX) genes.
