Effect of hsa-miR-1270 upregulation on GBM xenograft in vivo.

Notes: (A) Lentiviral-transduced LN-18 cells were subcutaneously xenografted into athymic nude mice for 5 weeks. Twelve mice received xenografts transduced with miR-MC lentivirus. Fourteen mice received xenografts transduced with miR-1270M lentivirus. The volumes of LN-18 xenografts were compared, weekly, between miR-MC- and miR-1270M-transduced LN-18 xenografts (*P<0.05). (B) After in vivo xenograft assay, subcutaneous LN-18 tumors were removed and imaged.
