Curves are adjusted for age, sex, race, hypertension, diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, atrial fibrillation, tobacco use, estimated glomerular filtration rate, beta-blocker use, and left ventricular ejection fraction.
