Specificity of the anti-GlpO serum. (A) Schematic representation of the three histidine-tagged GlpO peptides produced in E. coli. (B) Purified GlpOMmcGM12 N-term (lane 1), GlpOMmcGM12 C-term (lane 2), GlpOMmcGM12 full-length (lane 3) as well as total proteins of GM12::YCpMmyc1.1-ΔglpO (lane 4) and GM12::YCpMmyc1.1 (lane 5) were checked by SDS-PAGE and visualized using Coomassie staining. (C) Immunoblot was performed on the same samples previously described (lanes 1–5) using the anti-GlpO serum.
