SRCIN1 could counteract the phenotypes caused by miR-373. qRT-PCR (A) and Western blotting (B) analysis of SRCIN1 mRNA and protein expression in antimiR-373-treated cells transiently infected with SRCIN1 siRNA. MTT, Flow cytometry, Transwell migration and invasion assays were used to analyze cell viability (C), cell cycle distribution (D), apoptosis (E), migration (F) and invasion (G).
