Selected ligands that are encoded by genes associated with FOXA2 binding intervals from ChIP-Seq analysis are presented for proliferative (P) and mid-secretory (MS) endometrium. Corresponding receptors are presented based on RNA-Seq analysis of human ESCs before (stroma) and after in vitro decidualization. Genes shown in green have higher expression levels than those in black, and those in red have lower expression than those in black, based on RNA-Seq analysis.
