A, C57BL/6 mice were treated as in Fig 5, A, and absolute numbers of CD4⁺CD44⁺ T cells, eosinophils, and neutrophils in lungs were quantified as in Fig 5, B. B, Lung CD4⁺CD44⁺ T cells were restimulated with HDM in cocultures with lung DCs for 4 days. Supernatants were collected, and cytokine production was measured by using ELISA.
